Can we customize the equipment color and add our own logo?
Yes. Standard colors are matte white and gray, but we can customize the paint finish based on RAL color codes (minimum order of 5 units). Your company’s logo can be added to the front panel—choose between laser-engraved stainless steel nameplates or UV printing.

What is your minimum order quantity?
We do not have a strict minimum order quantity; orders start at 1 unit. Lead time for single units or sample orders is approximately 15–25 business days. Full-container orders (one 40HQ container typically holds 4–8 units) qualify for volume discounts and receive priority in production scheduling.

How long is your warranty period?
12 months (starting from the completion of commissioning) or 15 months after the bill of lading, whichever comes first; replacement parts are provided free of charge for quality-related issues during the warranty period; after the warranty period, we provide lifetime spare parts supply and paid repair support.

Do you send engineers overseas for installation?
Yes, we provide overseas installation services. Our engineers will travel to your site to perform equipment commissioning, staff training, and trial runs. Related expenses include round-trip international airfare, visas, local accommodations, and a daily per diem paid by the buyer; our service fee is negotiable based on the quantity of equipment.
