HotelWash Basic Commercial Laundry Machine Set XGQ Automatic Washer Extractor HG Industrial Dryer for Hotel Linen

HotelWash Basic is JOYBELL economical one-stop hotel laundry room package, specially developed for small and medium hotels, resorts and guest houses.
This turnkey laundry system mainly includes XGQ-F fully automatic washer-extractor and HG industrial tumble dryer. YPAI single roll flatwork ironer is available as optional equipment. It can complete full workflow for hotel linen: washing, drying and ironing, to process bed sheets, towels, bathrobes, table cloth and pillowcases.

XGQ-F Fully Automatic Washer-Extractor

Available in 50kg and 70kg loading capacity. It adopts full suspension structure, no foundation required and low vibration. SUS304 inner & outer drum is anti-corrosion and hygienic for textile linen. High-speed extraction reaches 300-400G, reduces residual moisture, greatly cuts drying time and energy consumption. PLC microcomputer control supports automatic washing, rinsing, bleaching and spin cycles, simple for staff operation.

HG Industrial Tumble Dryer

Matching 50kg/70kg capacity for hotel linen drying. 304 stainless steel drum resists high temperature and corrosion. Multiple heating sources optional: Electric, Steam, LPG and Natural Gas. Digital temperature control with overheat safety protection. Large airflow design achieves 35% faster drying, keeps towels fluffy and reduces running cost.

Optional YPAI Single-Roll Flatwork Ironer

This single roll ironing machine is used for flat linen finishing, such as bed sheets, pillowcases and table napkins. Computer touch control, adjustable working speed, support electric or steam heating. It brings smooth and crisp linen finish, lower labor cost for your laundry room. You can choose it according to your linen volume.he full-suspension washer can be installed on standard floor without special foundation.
Standard water inlet & drainage connection, 380V 3-phase power supply. The whole laundry line fits 60-80 square meters laundry room. We provide customized laundry room layout drawing before shipment.
