≥98% Efficiency and Two-Stage Load — Where the Saving Comes From on a 36 kW Unit
Two things decide the running cost of a small steam generator: how much heat escapes, and how hard the unit works when demand is low. The high-density insulation layer keeps heat inside the shell instead of radiating it into the room, which is where the up-to-25% electricity saving shown here comes from. The 18 kW / 36 kW stepped power control then matches output to the real load — a single washer or one ironing table runs on the 18 kW stage instead of forcing the element to draw the full 36 kW all day. And steam is ready within minutes of start-up, so the unit is not left idling at full power waiting to be needed.

One-Touch PLC Control — and Nobody Has to Stand Next to It
The touchscreen is the whole control room. One touch starts the unit; from then on it feeds its own water, holds its own pressure set point and shows water level, pressure and pump status live on the display. That is a commercial point, not a technical one: a generator that manages itself does not need a dedicated operator, so it can sit in the corner of a laundry and be checked at shift change instead of being watched all day. Real-time monitoring also means a low water level or a pressure drift shows up on screen before it turns into a stoppage.

0.9 × 0.65 × 1.45 m, Under 0.58 m² — and No Boiler Room to Deal With
The cabinet takes a single 0.58 m² footprint, so it stands beside the machines instead of in a separate plant room. Because it is an electric steam generator rather than a boiler, there is no dedicated boiler room to build, no statutory annual boiler inspection and no approval filing — which is usually the real blocker when a small laundry wants its own steam source. Connect water and 380 V power and it starts immediately. Height 1,450 mm and footprint 900 × 650 mm are marked on the drawing so you can measure your doorway and floor space before ordering. Regular maintenance still applies, and the operating manual lists those items.

Four Industries, One Consistent Steam Source
Commercial laundry pulls steam continuously through washers, dryers and irons across a shift. Food processing needs it for steaming and sterilization, where clean saturated steam matters more than volume. Garment finishing needs it on demand for pressing and steam cleaning. Biochemical and jacketed kettle work needs a steady pressure set point rather than high output. What these four have in common is that none of them needs a boiler — they need a dependable steam source at 0.6 MPa and 164°C, sized to the equipment they are feeding, that starts quickly and holds pressure. That is the sizing conversation worth having before you order.

The Drawing, and Three Numbers to Check Before You Order
Dimensions are 900 × 650 × 1,450 mm on under 0.58 m² of floor — that is what decides whether the unit fits through your door and into the space you have in mind. On the supply side: 380 V / 50 Hz three-phase, a 20 mm² main cable and a 55 kVA matching transformer to confirm against your incoming capacity. On the output side: 50 kg/h of steam at 0.6 MPa (6 bar) and 164°C — check it against the units you intend to run. The sheet also notes that specifications may change without notice and the nameplate governs the final figures, so the nameplate is what to compare on delivery.
